Bike Courses

Some of the most frequently asked questions...

Why are the noise limits so tight??
Our limits are set by our local authority, and are part of our planning permission. Failure to comply could result in the cancellation of the day

What if my bike fails the noise test?
You MUST have your bike sound checked prior to taking to the track. If your machine fails, we will refund your fee less an administration charge of £20. If, however, you use the circuit and later in the day your machine fails the sound test (we have to monitor noise continuously), then no refund will be given

Can I bring a racing bike?
The answer is “No”, unless it is a production based class strictly within our noise regulations. The days are not intended as testing for racers, but a chance to ride your road/sports bike quickly in a safe environment.

Can I turn up on the day?
It is very unlikely that you will get on circuit, our days are generally fully booked. It is not our policy to sell places “on the day” to fill sessions in which riders may have experienced mechanical or accidental damage.

What if it is wet?
We hope it’s dry, but we do carry on in the wet and we do not give refunds because of the weather as long as the day can continue safely.
