A recent lap of Combe which shows the new protection added to some of the Marshal's posts (work in progress) I'm glad that the Esses in point has been done btw ,that one always needed an extra shreaded wheat in the morning http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=ABz9CbnIegI ...but what's going on in the car

Just as well he wasn't going fast!!! All looks good to me, and from the car shots you can see that the westway fence could easily be used!

Nightmare. More to get in the way of sightlines, if you want to blue you're going to have to expose youself more to be able to look round them, like you have to at Thruxton & Silverstone. Presumably an MSA directive from some who has no idea about the practicalities of operating as a marshal. Brilliant |

Sometimes - when I see cracking racing like that - I wished the Chicanes weren't there.
Anyone have some Pre-Chicane FF1600 laptimes? couldn't find anything on google.... |

The lap record for Ffords was 1.04.4 which was held for years by Marc Goosens, but i have a feeling it was beaten before the circuit was changed but the memory banks are failing at the moment, they were the mad day's tho and Paddock was awesome too shame really

That particular crash occurred during the "Rover" themed 2 dayer featuring all things Rover and Rover engined and, in my humble opinion, the meeting as a whole was one of the best I have had the pleasure of attending.
