New for 2010: Rider Performance Safety Days in association with Somerset Road Safety Partnership and motorcyle direct insurance
Special courses designed to cover:
Machine Handling on the track- Observation
- Planning
- Braking and Avoidance Skills on the Track
- Vehicle Maintenance
- Smart Riding
These days are designed to involve riding skills training and theory and offer a different approach to rider development, aimed at reducing the number of motorcyclists involved in collisions. Novice, experienced and born again bikers will benefit. We will use an expert team of instructors who will guide you through the various workshops which will include positioning, observation, causes of collision, attitude, cornering, braking, overtaking, motorcycle maintenance and set up, as well as general lapping sessions of the circuit.
The days are open to riders of any type of machine and will operate on:
