PREMIUM CAR TRACK DAYS (SELECTED DATES ONLY) Full day: 9am-5pm (with 1hr break at lunch): £250 Limited to 60 cars on the day, with a maximum of 20 on track at any one time These run on a day before a race meeting, so these will probably be mainly populated with cars that have been unable to get into the official test day. There will be 60 cars booked for the day, 20 cars on track at any one time. Usual track day rules & noise restrictions apply,

Noise LimitSTRICT 100db(A), which is measured at ½ metre from the exhaust outlet at 4500rpm with the meter held at a 45 degree angle. ***Please Note: We do not recommend the use of sound monitoring apps or third party decibel meters as they do not give a true reading and cars will still need to be noise tested*** If you would like to get your car noise checked before booking, please email info@castlecombecircuit.co.uk and we will supply you with available dates and times. You must have an appointment for noise testing rather than just turning up. |

FAQ'SCan Racing Cars take part in Car Track Days? - Where car track days fall on the Friday before a race meeting, it is likely some of the participants will be racing drivers in racing spec cars. They are however subject to the same briefing and must adhere fully to track day rules. Please note single seaters are not permitted on track days. I'm worried about the noise limit, what can I do? - Contact Merlin Motorsport: specialists in parts, spares & racewear based here in the paddock - 01249 782101 - www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk Merlin are also open on each track day should you need further assistance, silencers or mufflers. ![]() We are also able to noise test your car before your track day - find out more here Instructors - FREE instruction with ARDS registered instructors available at all track days. What's an Open Pit Lane? - Go out on track as and when you please, rather than sticking to allocated time slots! This format gives great flexibility over your track time and is excellent news for cars with more than one driver. Most drivers find that 15-20 minute bursts of track time, followed by a short break, is the perfect combination for both car and driver. Do you have to have a full driving licence to take part? - Yes, and it must be a current licence. You will be asked for the driving license number at the checkout stage of booking. Unfortunately, if you are currently banned from driving, you will not be able to take part. Are there any cars that cannot take part in track days? - Cars must be to an MOT standard. Unfortunately we cannot accept electric cars. Also any cars that exceed the noise limit will not be able to take part. Is there an age limit? - Yes, you must be hold a full driving licence to take part on a track day. Passengers must be over 16 years of age. Is it safe? - Yes. There will be a safety briefing, as well as sighting laps before the track action starts. Free tuition from ARDS registered instructors is also available all day for those who require it. Do I need to bring my own crash helmet/overalls etc or do you supply them? - We do have crash helmets that can be used, but if you have your own, then feel free to bring it along. We ask for you to have your arms and legs fully covered as we don’t provide overalls. If you do come on a hot day, you can always buy a sweatshirt from the Circuit Shop. What is the difference between a CAR TRACK DAY and a PREMIUM CAR TRACK DAY? - These run on a day before a race meeting, so these will probably be mainly populated with cars that have been unable to get into the official test day. Usual track day rules & noise restrictions apply, Do you go ahead if it is raining? - Yes, but obviously we will keep an eye on the weather and if it gets worse then we will rethink, but if you are not contacted you must turn up on the day. If we do need to cancel, then another date can be arranged. Please give as much notice as possible if you are wanting to cancel. Please note that we will offer you a credit voucher Can we bring spectators? - Yes, not a problem. Cafe Bar H is open for refreshments and food. Is there anything for children/spectators to do? - There are plenty of viewing areas for the circuit with a lovely walk all the way around the circuit. Is there anywhere under cover in case of bad weather? - Yes. Cafe Bar H will be open, with indoor seating and some covered outdoor areas. Are you allowed to race against each other? - No, it is not something we encourage and this will be explained in the safety briefing. Is timing permitted? - No, timing is strictly prohibited at all Castle Combe Circuit Track Days. Can I purchase photos after the track day?
