CLUB BOOKINGS

One of the most exciting ways to experience Castle Combe’s Action Days is on a club stand surrounded by like-minded individuals and fantastic cars.

If you wish to attend other events at Castle Combe Circuit with your club, the Club Admin will need to register per event.

Club Secretaries

Please register your club for each event that you will attend.

You may also register your club and purchase passes with our paper form. Please download a club booking form and send it back to us with completed payment.

We will allocate club sites based on the date you have paid for all of your registered club cars and NOT THE DATE REGISTERED AS WE HAVE DONE IN THE PAST YEARS.

Will your club members be using trailers?

If your members are intending to use the track, please ensure this is booked by the Club Booking Deadline so we can try to allocate you an appropriate spaces.

We cannot guarantee spaces, but will do our best to accommodate.

Once your registration has been verified you'll be forwarded a club code by email which can be distributed to your club members. Club members should use this code when purchasing passes to identify them as members of your club and to receive the club price.

Once your club booking is approved, we send a unique club code by email which your members will use to book their passes.

Some email providers (especially Gmail, Hotmail and Outlook) can occasionally filter these messages into Spam, Junk or Promotions folders. To avoid missing your code, please: 1. Check your Spam/Junk folder. 2. Search your inbox for Castle Combe Circuit. 3. Add info@castlecombecircuit.co.uk to your safe sender list.

If you haven’t received your code within 24 hours of approval, please get in touch and we will resend it.

CLUB ADMIN

If your club wants to attend one of our events, follow the steps below:
1. The club admin must complete a club registration form (we need a new registration per event, per year):

Please note that registering your club does not guarantee your place at the show – the only way to guarantee space is by booking and paying for your club passes (see steps below).

We will allocate club sites based on the date you have paid for all your registered club cars .

2. By registering your club above, you are agreeing to the club booking terms and conditions.

3. After registering, you will receive a unique club code to the email address you have provided.

4. Once you’ve received your code, Distribute it to your members OR book the required number of tickets yourself. Please note, it can take up to 3 working days to receive your club code.

 5. Members can purchase tickets once they have the correct club code.

6. Good news! Admins will receive an email each time a member has booked using the club code. 

7. Purchase all your club passes BEFORE the club booking deadline.

8. Early Bird Deadlines: Spring Action Day – 16th December, JDMCombe Action Day – 16th February, Summer Action Day – 30th March, & Halloween Action Day – 24th October.

9. Club Booking Deadline: Spring Action Day – Monday 9th March, JDMCombe Action Day – Monday 11th May, Summer Action Day – Monday 1st July, & Halloween Action Day – Monday 5th October.

10. Race Days Deadlines: All week before the event asides from Autumn Classic – Monday 31st August.

11. Exclusive track sessions are available at our Action Days, priced at £750 contact (ONLY AVAILABLE AT CAR SHOWS) clubs@castlecombecircuit.co.uk.

 

CLUB STAND INFORMATION

BENEFITS OF BEING PART OF A CLUB STAND:

  • Show off your car inside the circuit’s grounds and be a part of the show!
  • Club Passes allow the car, driver and 3 passengers into the show at no extra cost (Children aged 16 and under are permitted free of charge)

CLUB STAND INFORMATION:

The club pass price varies per event, for more information please check the individual event page. Passes admit the car, driver and 3 passenger.

Club stands require a minimum of 4 Cars.

PLEASE NOTE: CLUBS WITH 30 OR MORE CLUB CARS WILL NOT BE PLACED IN THE PADDOCK DUE TO SPACE RESTRICTIONS

*Subject to a booking fee

All club pass orders will be sent out roughly 2-3 weeks before the event.

SUPPORT VEHICLES

Please note: Individual Display Areas and Club Stands are for people to showcase their pride and joys. Strictly NO Support Vehicles are to be parked alongside. If you plan to go out on track and need a Support Vehicle then please inform the Circuit Staff upon purchasing your display pass and arrangements can be made for Support Vehicles to be parked in our designated Trailer Parking area. Any breaches of this rule, our staff have the right to ask Support Vehicles to leave the site.

EXCLUSIVE CLUB TRACK SESSIONS:

Exclusive track sessions are available if you’d like to book for your club: £750 for 28 cars for 15 mins. Contact clubs@castlecombecircuit.co.uk or call 01249 479881 to book.

Please note, you will need your DVLA License at the checkout page

CLUB MEMBERS

If you have a club code provided by a club admin, you can now book your own club pass. Please follow these steps to book your pass:
1. Select your club’s name from the drop-down list

 

2. You will then need to enter your unique club code provided to you by your club admin

 3. Select the number of passes you would like to purchase, plus any track time/parade passes (track passes are not available for Race Days).
