During this unprecedented period of uncertainty in the UK and beyond, the Castle Combe Circuit team is livening things up for motorsport fans with ‘Combe TV’ – a Facebook Live show that airs twice-weekly.
Hosted by Sales and Marketing Director, Tom Davis, and the circuit’s leading commentator, Chris Dawes, Combe TV invites special guests along as the hosts discuss all things Castle Combe and motorsport.
BANK HOLIDAY MOTORSPORT FORUM
We’re mixing things up for the bank holiday weekend to bring you a one-off live motorsport forum on Monday, 25 May at 11am that will feature in-depth discussions on the 2020 race season and the very unfamiliar issues it’s currently facing.
Joining us for this special event will be Castle Combe’s Competition Secretary, Steve Weston, as well as the circuit’s Chief Marshal, Richard Beard, to help talk through topics such as the very recent development that racing could commence again as soon as 4 July.
Since this updated preliminary calendar was announced a few days ago, Castle Combe Circuit staff have been inundated with questions, that these four industry figureheads will attempt to get to the bottom of during the chat.
Viewers are more than welcome to request to join in with the video chat as a guest if they have something to discuss, or to simply put a question in the comments for the team to answer.
HOW TO WATCH
The motorsport forum will air live from 11am on bank holiday Monday (25 May) from Castle Combe Circuit’s Facebook Page (you don’t need a Facebook account to view), and is scheduled to run for several hours. Be sure to drop in throughout the day to listen to some of the very latest motorsport news.
You can also use the above link to watch-back all previous episodes of Combe TV.
Be sure to check out Motorsport UK’s handy Q&A document before asking a question, as it may be useful in providing some of the core information: https://www.motorsportuk.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/getting-motorsport-back-on-track-q-and-a-v18-may-2020.pdf
