Castle Combe Circuit is delighted to announce the renewal of its close working relationship with VP Racing Fuels for 2020’s instalment of its Rallyday event and other race meetings held at the Wiltshire venue throughout the year.
Announced at the recent Autosport International show, it means that the firm will once again become the headline sponsor of Rallyday – Europe’s premier rallying show (this year set to be held on Saturday, 20 June) – cementing the brand’s firm association with the tight-knit rallying fraternity.
Building on 2019’s developments, VP Racing Fuels will also remain an official Castle Combe Circuit sponsor, meaning it will act as the official race fuel supplier for the race track – its unrivalled performance-focused products readily available to purchase and collect from the venue itself. The circuit’s on-site parts store, Merlin Motorsport, will also be stocking motorsport containers and other consumables from the company throughout the year.
What’s more, VP Racing Fuels will also be present at many of the race meetings and shows held throughout Castle Combe’s busy calendar, with members of the team offering technical advice to track day and racing enthusiasts.
Tom Davis, Castle Combe Circuit’s Sales and Marketing Director, commented on the news. “I am very pleased to once again be working alongside a true global player such as VP Racing Fuels. The response to the brand in 2019 was phenomenal, with the majority of competitors attending Castle Combe being extremely impressed with the fuel they were supplied with.”
Peter Coleman, Business Development Consultant at VP Racing Fuels, was also positive about the announcement. “In 2019, VP joined forces with Castle Combe not just to promote, but also to sell our products. The Castle Combe race events, and Rallyday in particular, have enabled VP to speak to hundreds of enthusiasts and customers, and to share the benefits of using a quality race fuel. I am excited about the second year of our relationship and to be fuelling even more racers at Castle Combe and in the South West.”
